Now is also a good time to make your big move, up or down-sizing in today's stable market. Interest rates are again at all time low rates. 2.99% to 3.9% for 3 to 5 year mortgages, and have a look at those 10 year rates! Who'd have dreamed they'd ever go that low!!!
Yes, the market is busy, with a shortage of good listings! Absorption has already occurred. Well priced listings have been selling, many with more than one offer, and now we're back to a "normal SPRING market" where about 50% of all listings will sell within a 60 day time frame.
